TENDER DESCRIPTION

The service includes collection (loading), weighing, transport and treatment/disposal of hazardous waste. The subject of procurement refers to the collection and further treatment of hazardous waste, in an appropriate and adequate manner, in accordance with the Waste Management Act (NN 84/21, 142/23) and relevant by-laws as well as the conditions and requirements from the Procurement Documentation. Responsibility of the waste holder – the Contracting Authority – ceases at the moment when hazardous waste is taken over by the Supplier. The Contracting Authority or the holder of hazardous waste prepared for further recovery and disposal is required, to the economic operator performing waste management activities (service provider), to hand over the waste together with the accompanying document, and is responsible for the accuracy of the waste data stated in the accompanying document. A copy of the accompanying document certified by the Contracting Authority and by the economic entity that transports and disposes of the hazardous waste, and the original weighing documents issued by an authorized economic operator, are evidence that the service has been performed.
