The subject is the modernization of the existing school building and the construction of a new building to accommodate specialized classrooms and representative spaces for the needs of the Secondary Medical School. The construction is divided into independently functioning parts / building objects according to their purpose. The main intent of the investor is to create conditions for improving the quality of the teaching process by modernizing the current premises of the Secondary Medical School in the historical building and building new objects for the school's needs, so that they meet the current requirements and demands for teaching at a secondary vocational school.
