TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the contract entitled “Combined supply of electricity for the VVS for the period 2027 – 2029” is: 1) the supply of electricity to the contracting authority’s supply points (hereinafter also as “SP”), the complete list of which is set out in Annex No. 1 of Chapter B.1 (Description of the subject matter of the contract) of the tender documents, according to the contracting authority’s actual needs, in the required quality and with a guarantee of the supply of electricity for the entire term of the contract on combined supply of electricity concluded on the basis of the results of a public tender; 2) ensuring the distribution of electricity, transmission, access to the system, regulated distribution services from the operator of the distribution system to which the supply points are connected, ensuring other related services, including the transfer to the National Nuclear Fund pursuant to Government Regulation No 21/2019 Coll., which sets the amount of the annual transfer intended to settle the historical debt from the supplied electricity by end electricity customers and details on the method of its collection for the National Nuclear Fund, its use and the…
