TENDER DESCRIPTION
The tender is for the procurement of ten emergency rescue fire-fighting group vehicles HLF 20 in accordance with DIN 14530-27 for the fire brigade Braunschweig. Due to local circumstances, for certain requirements the specifications of DIN 14530-27 are deviated from; this is indicated accordingly in the specification of performance. Five vehicles are intended for use by the full-time fire brigade, while the other vehicles are used at locations of the volunteer fire brigade. The delivery time is stated in the contract notice text under EU 5.1.3 as 1 day, since the vehicles are delivered on specific days. The first vehicle is initially intended as a prototype. In the subsequent delivery, it will be deployed in training and operational service for a period of 6 – 8 weeks and will therefore be subject to an extended acceptance test. Following the first vehicle, the additional vehicles are to be delivered in pairs, with the interval between the individual deliveries being 12 weeks and not more than 16 weeks.
