TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the public contract (hereinafter referred to as the “contract”) is the provision of an international rail transport service for military equipment, materiel and persons for the deployment, supply, sustainment and withdrawal of units of the Ministry of Defence sector in the territory of Europe, at a distance of 2500 km from the loading place according to the contracting authority’s current needs. On the basis of this procurement procedure, a framework agreement will be concluded with one tenderer participating in the procurement procedure in accordance with the procurement conditions and the bid of the selected supplier.
