Subject of performance of the public contract: a) Preparation of EIA documentation (hereinafter referred to as the “EIA documentation”) pursuant to Section 8 of Act No. 100/2001 Coll., on the assessment of the impacts on the environment, as amended. The conclusion from the EIA process shall be incorporated into the DPS. b) Production of Design Documentation for the permit for construction of transport infrastructure (DPS) under the BIM regime, which specifies the subject of the Work to such an extent that it can be discussed in the permitting procedure for the purpose, obtain a valid permit for the purpose (construction permit) pursuant to Act No. 283/2021 Coll., the Building Act, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the “Building Act”), including the Opinion issued by the relevant body at the stage of issuing the permit for the purpose and activities of the BOZP coordinator on the construction site during the preparation phase, including preparation of the BOZP plan for the construction site and a maintenance manual. c) Preparation and submission of an application for issuance of a permit for the purpose pursuant to the Building Act, including all required supporting…
