TENDER DESCRIPTION
This concerns the procurement of an intelligent (web-based) SaaS application for the automated execution of Selfscans, functioning as a gatekeeper for all ground disturbances. Users (engineers, project preparation staff and contractors) must be able to import tracings or enter them manually. The system then generates, in real time based on map layers, a status (Green/Orange/Red) for respectively soil, explosive remnants of war, archaeology, and flora and fauna. Based on the information currently known to us, we estimate the scope of this contract to be in the range of 28,000 to 45,000 Selfscans per year. One Selfscan in this context includes the automated assessment for all four research topics (soil quality, archaeology, flora & fauna and explosive remnants of war). Calculated for the duration of the Framework Agreement, this comes down to: • Estimated quantity over the initial term (4 years): approximately 112,000 to 180,000 Selfscans; • Estimated quantity over the total maximum term (8 years, including both extension options): approximately 224,000 to 320,000 Selfscans.
