TENDER DESCRIPTION
The award procedure is carried out by means of a partially functional performance description with a bill of quantities. In the following, this is simplified and referred to as the “bill of quantities” or “BQ”. Under Item 01, the turnkey construction of the work, including its delivery and, if applicable, the necessary transport on to the construction site, the on-site installation and the emergency service during the event period, shall be offered. After the Oktoberfest (Wiesn), the Hofbräu festival tent is to be dismantled, stored and prepared for installation in the following year. These annual installation and dismantling works as well as the storage of the components must also be offered and are covered under Item 02 – Annually recurring construction services.. The current tent has already had a service life of more than 50 years; the new tent is also intended to achieve this service life. All components and component parts required for this shall be designed to be very durable and to be configured for annual installation and dismantling.
