TENDER DESCRIPTION

The future service provider takes over printing data daily, prepares the printing data, supplements them with control codes and postage/payment details, prints cover letters and further documents, inserts the printed pieces together with enclosures into envelopes, and hands over the closed items the same day to the letter service provider or consolidator designated by the IK. Completeness and compliance with the agreed SLAs are acknowledged by the printing service provider via a return file (“Closed-Loop”) created daily.
