TENDER DESCRIPTION
The future service provider takes over print data daily, prepares the print data, adds control codes and postage, prints cover letters and other documents, envelopes the printed pieces together with enclosures, and hands over the sealed items on the same day to the letter service provider and/or consolidator specified by IK. Completeness and compliance with the agreed SLA’s are confirmed by the printing service provider via a return file (“Closed-Loop”) to be created daily.
