TENDER DESCRIPTION

SPREEWELTEN GMBH intends, with the construction of the Centre for Regional Produce (ZfrE), the “Gurkenwelt”, to create an immersive visitor experience location that does justice to the importance of the Spreewald gherkin. The ZfrE will thereby become an identity-forming place for Lusatia and at the same time a contemporary brand platform. The site and the listed historic buildings of the former locomotive shed at the Lübbenau railway station provide the ideal setting for the construction of the “Gurkenwelt”. For the implementation of the overall project, total costs of approx. EUR 30 million (net) are assumed. Within the scope of this VgV procedure, SPREEWELTEN GMBH intends to award the following planning services within a VgV procedure. The relevant planning services are to be provided by an office with the required specialist disciplines or by a bidding consortium or by a principal contractor with subcontractors for performance phases 1-9 in stages as follows: Specialist planning for fire protection in accordance with AHO Issue No. 17 “Services for fire protection under building regulations” in performance phases 1-9 as a stage contract.
