TENDER DESCRIPTION

With the construction of the Centre for Regional Produce (ZfrE), the “Gurkenwelt”, SPREEWELTEN GMBH intends to create an immersive experience location that does justice to the importance of the Spreewald cucumber. The ZfrE will thus become an identity-forming place for Lusatia and at the same time a modern brand platform. The site and the listed historic buildings of the old engine shed at the Lübbenau railway station provide the ideal setting for the construction of the “Gurkenwelt”. For the implementation of the overall project, total costs of approx. EUR 30 million (net) are assumed. As part of this VgV procedure, SPREEWELTEN GMBH intends to award the following planning services under a VgV procedure.
