TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the contract includes: - basic order: - supply of 32 electric multiple units (EZT) by 30.11.2029, - maintenance service for 16 EZTs for WŚL for a period until 12.12.2037, - maintenance service for 16 EZTs for GZM for a period until 10.12.2044, - option: - supply of 20 EZTs by 31.12.2034, - maintenance service for 10 EZTs for WŚL for a period until 12.12.2037, - maintenance service for 26 EZTs for WŚL for a period from 13.12.2037 to 09.12.2045, - maintenance service for 10 EZTs for GZM for a period until 10.12.2044, - maintenance service for 26 EZTs for GZM for a period from 11.12.2044 to 13.12.2059. A detailed description of the contract is provided in: 1) the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract together with annexes constituting Annex No 1 to the SWZ, 2) the Draft Contract Provisions, constituting Annexes No 2 and 2A to the SWZ.
