The subject of the contract includes: - basic order: - delivery of 32 electric multiple units (EMU) by 30.11.2029, - service for 16 EMU for WŚL until 12.12.2037, - service for 16 EMU for GZM until 10.12.2044, - option: - delivery of 20 EMU by 31.12.2034, - service for 10 EMU for WŚL until 12.12.2037, - service for 26 EMU for WŚL from 13.12.2037 to 09.12.2045, - service for 10 EMU for GZM until 10.12.2044, - service for 26 EMU for GZM from 11.12.2044 to 13.12.2059. Detailed contract description is provided in: 1) the Description of the Subject of the Contract along with attachments constituting Annex 1 to the Terms of Reference (TOR), 2) the Draft Contract Provisions, constituting Annexes 2 and 2A to the TOR. The contracting authority has not divided the contract into lots.
