TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement procedure is the provision of central end-user services for TenneT TSO GmbH. The scope of services includes in particular the service desk, ESM support, messaging, endpoint management, field service, special end devices, client security, collaboration and tenant operation, AV services, telephony, mobile contract management, and scan-copy-print. In addition, overarching IT service management, governance and reporting, transition and projects, continuous improvement, and exit support are included. The services are to be provided as integrated full-managed services under overall cross-cutting responsibility. The contract is awarded as an individual contract with one (1) contractor.
