TENDER DESCRIPTION

In the listed historic park, a new building made of timber construction is to be built for the facilities already operated there: the Senior Meeting Point and the Youth Meeting Point. Permission from the heritage conservation authority is conditional on the three existing buildings being demolished and rebuilt, so that in the end only one building remains in the park. The demolition to clear the construction site has been completed. In order to keep the listed historic park as free as possible from the construction work and to ensure access to the park for park visitors via the historic avenue, the construction site is to be supplied exclusively via the site access road established in the south of the property. The necessary clearance survey for unexploded ordnance on the construction site has been completed. The earthworks and concrete works have been awarded and will begin shortly. The new-build concept includes providing an offer for people of all generations in the surrounding area, with the widest variety of orientations.
