TENDER DESCRIPTION

Brief description of services: The subject of the tender is the carpentry and timber construction works for the new build of a daycare centre using a timber hybrid construction method. The works include all services required for the creation of the timber construction, including work preparation, workshop and site execution planning, site establishment and assembly. The shell construction works, windows and external doors, as well as other interior fit-out trades, are not part of this tender and will be awarded separately. Due to the tight structural and building-physics interfaces between timber construction, shell construction and fit-out services, intensive technical and scheduling coordination with the trades involved—particularly with the shell construction company—must be ensured during execution.
