Bullet-point performance specification: The subject of this invitation to tender is the carpentry and timber construction works for the new construction of a childcare facility in timber hybrid construction. The works include all services required to create the timber structure, including work preparation, workshop and execution planning, site setup and assembly. The shell construction works, windows and external doors, as well as other finishing trades, are not part of this invitation to tender and will be awarded separately. Due to the close structural and building-physics interfaces between timber construction, shell construction and finishing works, during execution intensive technical and scheduling coordination with the trades involved, in particular the shell construction firm, must be ensured.
