Conversion and modernization of Schloss Kaltennordheim 4. BA: Brief description: Schloss Kaltennordheim was built in the mid-18th century. Main building: ground floor in natural stone masonry; upper floor: timber-frame walls. The courtyard is largely unpaved. In front of the outbuildings there are paving stones made of natural and concrete worked stone. The building is listed as a monument. All work must be carried out taking into account preservation-related aspects. Estimated quantities: 800 m demolition of ceiling beams; 220 m² dismantling and disposal of timber-frame walls; 60 t disposal of wood; 80 t disposal of construction mixed waste; 62 m³ supply of sawn timber for building work; 15 m³ supply of oak sawn timber for building work; 1600 m framing (cutting-to-size); 380 m upscaling/splicing of roof rafters; 750 m upscaling/splicing of ceiling beams; 900 m² ceiling beam infill/ceiling infill; 620 m framing (cutting-to-size) of timber-frame (FW) walls; 225 m² roof covering; 1250 m² wood preservation measures; 385 m² façade cladding, timber, floor-to-ceiling shuttering.
