TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is the construction of a small-hall facility, which will serve as a training winter stadium, supplementing the function of the existing large winter stadium in Olomouc. The proposed structure has a column-type structural system, load-bearing columns, beams (průvlaky) and roof trusses (střešní vazníky). Above the facilities (back-of-house/auxiliary areas), these are prefabricated from reinforced concrete, with the exception of the large roof trusses above the ice rink, which are steel. The cladding consists of sandwich panels with a set-back façade—on gable-end walls made of aluminium fins/lamellae, while the side walls are provided with a set-back façade made of profiled sheet metal. On all façades, strip glazing (continuous glazing bands) of varying heights is installed. The roofing itself will be formed by profiled sheet metal (trapezoidal sheeting) with a waterproofing and thermal-insulation layer; above the facilities, the supporting layer is made of prefabricated concrete panels, and the roof is provided with a vegetative layer and extensive green roofing.
