TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is the construction of a small-hall facility, which will serve as a training winter stadium, supplementing the function of the existing large winter stadium in Olomouc. The proposed structure has a column structural system, load-bearing columns, beams and roof trusses. These are prefabricated over the service area from reinforced concrete, with the exception of the large roof trusses over the ice rink area, which are made of steel. The cladding consists of sandwich panels with a set-back façade: on the gable walls, made from aluminium slats; the side walls are fitted with a set-back façade made of corrugated sheet metal. Strip glazing of varying heights is installed on all façades. The roofing itself will be made of trapezoidal sheet metal with a waterproofing and thermal-insulation layer. Over the service area, the load-bearing layer consists of prefabricated concrete panels, and the roof is provided with a vegetative layer and extensive greenery. On the roof, photovoltaic (PV) technology (total installed capacity 22 kWp) will be installed. The designed facility has a built-up area of 3,946.5 m2 and an enclosed volume of 54,302 m3. The ridge…
