TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the provision of the service entitled: "Winter cleaning of streets and sidewalks in the road lanes of municipal streets in the Praga Północ District of the Capital City of Warsaw". The scope of the contract includes: 1) Mechanical snow removal, 2) Manual snow removal of sidewalks and pedestrian crossings, 3) Manual snow removal of roadways, 4) Manual snow removal of parking spaces and bays, 5) Manual snow removal of SPPN parking spaces, 6) Removal of snow including transport and dumping costs, 7) Cleaning rainwater inlets from snow/ice, 8) Manual cleaning of areas from residues after winter snow removal operations, 9) Mechanical cleaning of streets from residues after winter snow removal operations. The Contracting Authority informs that pursuant to Article 441(1) of the Public Procurement Law, it provides the possibility to use additional services under the "option right". In the optional variant, during the term of the contract, the performance of services identical to those in the basic contract is foreseen at additional dates depending on the needs of the Contracting Authority.
