TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is the provision of services consisting in winter maintenance of pavements along county roads within the area of the Kwidzyn District during the 2026/2027 winter season in five areas. Area 1: Kwidzyn Commune 1.1. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract constitutes Appendix No 1 to the SWZ – detailed rules and conditions for the performance of services within the scope of Winter Maintenance of District Roads (ZUD) in the area of the Kwidzyn District, together with a list of roads and a map of the road network – Appendix No 2 to the SWZ. 2. Names and codes of the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 90620000-9 – snow-clearing services 3. The Contracting Authority allows, for the performance of the contract, the use of equipment and materials that are equivalent in terms of quality and raw materials used to make them to the materials and equipment specified in the procurement documents (SWZ together with its annexes). 4.
