Winter maintenance of roads, sidewalks and municipal communal areas in the Municipality of Mieroszów for the winter season 2026/2027 1. The subject of the Contract is the provision of services including “Winter maintenance of roads, sidewalks and municipal communal areas in the Municipality of Mieroszów for the winter season 2026/2027”. 2. As part of performing the subject matter of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to: 1) carry out work in such a way that roads, sidewalks and municipal communal areas are brought to a condition in accordance with the standard specified in the points below; 2) remove snow from carriageways by scraping the snow cover from the entire width and length. The scraped snow may not prevent pedestrian traffic (in the case of stockpiling snow by curbs and shoulders, breaks must be made to allow pedestrians to cross to the other side of the carriageway), the flow of water from the carriageway, vehicle traffic especially at intersections, passing places (passing lanes) and in bays and stop and turning loops; 3) remove snow from sidewalks, squares, outdoor stairways, parking lots, engineering structures and other municipal communal areas in a manner that…
