TENDER DESCRIPTION

Winter maintenance of municipal roads within the municipality of Deszczno in the 2026-2028 seasons 1. The subject of the contract is winter maintenance of municipal roads (total approx. 80.66 km of roads under maintenance) in the 2026-2028 seasons, comprising snow removal from municipal roads, bus bays, and removal of slipperiness on roads by applying non-chemical and chemical measures to combat black ice, in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 27 October 2005 on the types and conditions for the use of measures that may be used on public roads and streets and squares (Journal of Laws 2005. 230.1960). 2. Under the contract, winter maintenance is planned for municipal roads with a hard surface. 3. Under the winter maintenance of roads, the Contractor is obliged to: - eliminate the effects of winter, natural forces and the effects of lowered temperature by taking over the obligation to ensure road passability, - reduce or limit disruptions to road traffic caused by atmospheric conditions, - ensure appropriate materials in the appropriate quantity necessary for removing slipperiness on roads covered by the contract, - carry out winter operations…
