TENDER DESCRIPTION

Winter maintenance of municipal roads within the City of Pszów for the 2026/2027 season 1. The subject matter of the contract consists in removing snow and combating slipperiness on municipal roads, access roads and internal roads in Pszów. 2. Conditions for performing the service: 1) The service will be provided on working days, Sundays and public holidays, on a 24-hour basis, regardless of the time of day, as needed, depending on weather conditions. 2) The Contractor shall be required to keep records of the work performed, recorded in the form of daily reports, and to submit by telephone status updates on the work performed to the designated employee of the Municipal Office of the City of Pszów. The updates must include the necessary information related to the performance of the contract. 3) The Contractor shall be required to clear snow from roads over the entire width of the carriageway, to clear intersections over the entire surface area, and on narrow roads in visible places for clearing the so-called passing bays. 4) During snow removal, it is prohibited to cover with snow the sidewalks, parking lots, bus stops, pedestrian crossings, access roads and other locations…
