TENDER DESCRIPTION

Part No 1: Winter maintenance of roads in the following localities: Bereżnica Wyżna, Wola Matiaszowa, Berezka. Length of roads to be maintained: 11.295 km. Winter maintenance of roads means a set of activities intended to reduce or limit, and ultimately eliminate, obstacles and disruptions to traffic caused by adverse weather phenomena occurring during the winter period (winter slipperiness, snowfall). The Contractor undertakes to carry out the subject matter of the contract with the highest diligence, in accordance with the submitted tender, the SWZ (specification of the contract terms), currently applicable regulations, Polish Standards implementing European standards or standards of other member states of the European Economic Area which implement those standards, and, in the absence thereof, from legal acts specified in Article 101(3) of the PZP Act, with the principles of technical knowledge, using materials that have the appropriate technical approvals. The subject matter of the contract must be carried out in a manner that does not threaten the safe use of roads. Removal of snow shall be carried out by scraping the snow cover over the entire width and length of the road.…
