TENDER DESCRIPTION

WINTER MAINTENANCE OF MUNICIPAL ROADS IN THE 2026/2027 SEASON The subject of the contract is the provision of winter maintenance services for municipal roads within the territory of the Rytro Municipality in the winter season 2026/2027, as part of the procedure under No. IZP.271.4.2026. The scope of the contract includes in particular snow removal from municipal roads, removal of winter slipperiness, and ensuring the passability and safety of road traffic during periods of adverse weather conditions. The contract has been divided into 8 lots covering municipal roads with a total length of 38,910 m. Contracting authorities may submit tenders for individual lots in accordance with the rules set out in the Terms of Reference (SWZ). The services will be carried out from the date the contract is concluded until 31 March 2027, depending on prevailing weather conditions and the actual needs for winter road maintenance. The detailed scope, list of roads, required maintenance standards, and conditions for performing the contract are specified in the SWZ and its annexes.
