TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the performance of works related to winter maintenance of roads and pavements within the road right-of-way in the area of the City of Bytom, divided into parts with the possibility of applying an option. 2. The subject of the contract is divided into parts: Part 1: Communication routes. 3. The set of parts covered by the contract in each part for the basic scope and the optional scope constitutes the fulfilment of obligations related to maintaining cleanliness and order on the road verges of public and internal roads within the administrative boundaries of the City of Bytom imposed on the Contracting Authority pursuant to Article 5(1) point 4), paragraphs 4 and 5 of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2025, item 773).
