TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of this contract is the provision of services related to winter road maintenance: county, municipal, and internal roads located in the Koluszki Municipality area with an estimated total road length of approximately 197 km. 2. Winter road maintenance consists of works aimed at reducing or eliminating disruptions to road traffic caused by atmospheric factors such as snowfall and winter slipperiness. 3. Contractor's duties related to the subject of the contract: 1) removal of snow from roadways and roads, clearing snow from hard-to-reach places (bus bays, communication stops), 2) combating winter and post-snow slipperiness (especially on inclines, intersections, and curves), 3) post-winter sweeping of roadways: streets, parking bays, sidewalks, bicycle paths. 4) preparation of the Contractor’s vehicles and equipment, purchase and preparation of chemical agents and natural aggregates for road spreading, and loading the aforementioned materials onto the Contractor’s sanders, 5) maintaining the "Daily winter road maintenance report" and submitting it at the Client’s headquarters. 1.
