TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract includes winter road maintenance in the area of the Polkowice municipality, including: 1) continuous winter maintenance of roads located within 15 localities of the Polkowice municipality, i.e.: Biedrzychowa, Dąbrowa, Guzice, Jędrzychów, Kaźmierzów, Komorniki, Moskorzyn, Nowa Wieś Lubińska, Pieszkowice, Sobin, Sucha Górna, Tarnówek, Trzebcz, Żelazny Most, Żuków (excluding roads that are not under the administration and management of the Polkowice municipality) and the roads to Grodowiec and to the SW-1 mine “Polkowice – Sieroszowice” listed in Appendix No. 1 to the contract (excluding roads that are not under the administration and management of the Polkowice municipality), 2) emergency (interventional) winter road maintenance as needed, 3) emergency removal of excess snow caused by heavy precipitation (of the nature of a weather anomaly) to the location indicated by the Contracting Authority, 4) emergency spraying of roads (it must not be carried out if the air temperature is below 3°C).
