TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. Winter road maintenance within the city and municipality of Pszczyna in the 2026/2027 season includes snow removal and combating winter slipperiness on roads (carriageways, sidewalks, cycle paths, pedestrian-cycle paths, bus and parking bays), car parks, as well as removing (hauling away) snow from the indicated locations, and sweeping streets after the winter period. 2. The detailed scope of the contract subject matter is specified in Annex No 1 to the SWZ, i.e. the Detailed Technical Specification. The list of roads, sidewalks and car parks constituting the subject of winter maintenance, and the list of roads intended to be swept after the winter season, are set out in Annexes Nos 8, 9, 10 and 11 to the SWZ. 3. Winter road maintenance services within the city of Pszczyna will be provided by snowplough carriers, in accordance with the bid submitted. 4. The Contracting Authority requires installation, in the technical space, of snowplough carriers and sand-spreader carriers that will carry out work within the city of Pszczyna, of locating devices that provide current and archived information from the last 60 days about the position of the vehicle together with its identifier.…
