TENDER DESCRIPTION

Task 1 – Winter maintenance of surfaced municipal and county roads, pavements, parking lots, and footbridges for pedestrians within the territory of the City of Kostrzyn nad Odrą in the winter season 2026/2027. 1.1.1. The performance of the subject of the contract must be carried out in a manner that does not cause disruptions to road traffic, including vehicles having to pass each other, and in the case of roads without pavements, also for pedestrian traffic. Snow removed from the roadway may not block connections with other roads and entrances to parking lots or premises. All intersections must remain passable. 1.1.2. Within the scope of performance of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to: a) ensure coordination and supervision of conducting the winter action on county and municipal roads, b) perform on-call duties, in particular: - round-the-clock standby of the duty dispatcher, - obtaining up-to-date information on weather conditions, - preparing daily reports on an ongoing basis from the conducted winter action, in accordance with Appendix No. 3 to the contract, which must be prepared every day, not only at the time when the winter action begins.
