TENDER DESCRIPTION

Winter maintenance of county roads and sidewalks within Oławski County in the 2026/2027 season The subject of the contract is winter maintenance of county roads and sidewalks within Oławski County in the 2026/2027 season - snow clearing of county roads, divided into the following tasks: Task No 2 - combating winter slipperiness and snow clearing of sidewalks and roads in the area of the city and municipality of Jelcz - Laskowice and part of the municipality of Oława. The scope of works includes: TASK NO 2 1) elimination of winter slipperiness on roads; removal of snow from the carriageway to maintain passability in the part of the road cross-section depending on the amount of precipitation; 3) elimination of winter slipperiness on sidewalks, excluding those sidewalk elements to which provisions apply regarding the duties of administrators or users of premises adjacent to the road right-of-way; 4) removal of snow from sidewalks to maintain passage in the part of the cross-section depending on the amount of precipitation.
