TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the winter maintenance service for district road no. 1567 K Nowy Sącz - Wojnarowa - Wilczyska (9.07 km – standard III). 2. The detailed scope and requirements for the service implementation are specified in the following annexes: 2.1. Annex no. 1a – price sheet (specifying the list of roads for each part, their length, service standard, and the estimated number of days the service will be performed), 2.2. Annex no. 4 - detailed description of the subject of the contract, consisting of: a. Annex no. 4a – rules for snow removal and ice clearance, b. Annex no. 4b – technical specification for the execution and acceptance of the service, c. Annex no. 4c – Regulation of the Minister of the Environment dated 27 October 2005 on the types and conditions for the use of agents that may be used on public roads, streets and squares (Journal of Laws 2005, No. 230, item 1960), 2.3.
