TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of this contract is winter maintenance of county roads within the area of the Urban Commune of Pabianice, the Pabianice Commune, the Ksawerów Commune and the Lutomiersk Commune, and winter maintenance of roads for pedestrians and cyclists within the area of the Urban Commune of Pabianice, the Ksawerów Commune, the Dobroń Commune, the Dłutów Commune, the Pabianice Commune and the Lutomiersk Commune. 2. The contract is divided into four (4) parts. Part No 1 covers winter maintenance of roads according to standard 3 within the area of the Urban Commune of Pabianice – a list of county roads specified in Annex No 1 to the Description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex No 1 to the SWZ. Winter maintenance of roads includes (applies to part No 1, part No 2 and part No 3): • mechanical removal of accumulated snow, slipperiness due to ice, ice crust or snowmelt mud in the appropriate standards in accordance with the attached list, by a snowplough-sand spreader or a snowplough with a spreader, and in an emergency mode also by a grader and a backhoe loader, 4.
