TENDER DESCRIPTION

Lot 1 – northern area Conditions for performing the winter maintenance of county roads within Kalisz County in the 2026/2027 season: 1) standing-by and notifying the coordinator responsible for winter road maintenance of the need to start active operations, 2) initiating active winter road maintenance operations within 1 hour of confirmation, by the coordinator responsible for winter road maintenance, of the need to start them, 3) carrying out active operations, i.e. removing snow and eliminating winter slipperiness using the technology (specified by the coordinator responsible for winter road maintenance) of spreading roads on the network of county roads with a total length of 168.20 km for snow clearing, including 62.93 km of roads for spreading, using a sand-and-salt mixture, in accordance with the standard specified in detail in the “Winter Road Maintenance Plan for the area of Kalisz County for the 2026/2027 season” which constitutes Annex No. 2 to the contract.
