TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract includes winter maintenance of county roads within the area of Stargard County in the years 2026-2027 in order to ensure safety on the roads, within the limits and scope specified by the SWZ. The contract has been divided into four parts:Part 1 - Task 1 - district 1 - section length – approx. 88.400 kmPart 2 - Task 2 - district 2 - section length – approx. 75.200 kmPart 3 - Task 3 - district 3 - section length – approx. 57.200 km Part 4 - Task 4 - district 4 - section length – approx. 108.000 kmA detailed description of the subject of the contract, as known to the Contracting Authority as of the date of initiating the procedure, is specified by: the technical specifications and this SWZ, and in particular the draft contract constituting Appendix No 6 to the SWZ — the actual scope of works required for the performance of the subject of the contract, falling within the definition of the subject of the contract, may differ from the scope described in the procurement documents.
