TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is winter maintenance services for county roads in the Szczytno County area in the 2026/2027 winter season. 2. Winter maintenance services consist in keeping the designated county roads passable by clearing snow with ploughs, reducing slipperiness by spreading roads with anti-slip materials, i.e.: a) a mixture (30% road salt and 70% sand aggregate, particle size 0-2 mm). 3. The Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor provides equipment ready for operation, at locations indicated by the Contracting Authority, within a time not exceeding 90 minutes from the moment of notification. 4. Winter maintenance covers county roads with the following surface types: bituminous, other than bituminous, and unpaved (earth). 5. The contract includes the performance of the following activities: - snow clearing and combating slipperiness of the road surfaces in accordance with the winter maintenance standard.
