TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. Scope of services. The scope of the ordered services includes ongoing combating of slippery conditions, including spreading, together with snow removal of the carriageway and other elements of the road right-of-way of district roads within the City of Zambrów, in accordance with the rules and standards specified in this OPZ. 2. Materials and equipment required to perform the contract. In order to perform the contract, the Contractor is required to provide: 1) a sand-salt mixture (sand-salt) with a salt content of 30% and sand-salt with a salt content of 10%, provided by the Contractor. To prepare the mixture, road salt – sodium chloride (NaCl) intended for winter road maintenance and sand with a grain size of up to 2 mm must be used. The materials used may not contain contaminants that could cause damage to the surface, to devices for spreading the materials or that could negatively affect road traffic safety. After preparing the mixture, the Contractor is required to conduct, in an independent laboratory, a test of the salt content in the mixture and to present the test results to the Contracting Authority. 2) sand provided by the Contractor, with a grain size of up to 2 mm,…
