TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is the task entitled “Winter maintenance of county roads in the winter season 2026/2027, hereinafter referred to as “ZUD”, by the County Road Authority in Oleśnica”. 2. The scope of the subject matter of the contract includes providing services in the area of ZUD for the County Road Authority in Oleśnica in the territory of Oleśnica County. 3. The Contractor undertakes each time to dispatch equipment together with its operation upon telephone request, confirmed in writing on the work card, at the specified time, but no later than within 60 minutes from the request. TASK 11. As part of the task, the Contractor undertakes to prepare a vehicle/equipment with the operation of the driver/operator for performing the subject matter of the contract. 2. The Contracting Authority, irrespective of the exclusions referred to in para. 4, reserves the right to change the operating area of individual equipment units as regards the location where the task is performed—road districts/road district—and also to limit the number of working hours and the number of duty hours, in particular depending on weather conditions. 3.
