A service consisting in providing snow-clearing and removing black ice on district roads within Lębork County (Powiat Lęborski) in the area of operation of the District Road Authority in Lębork during the 2026/2027 winter season in Zone 1, according to Appendix No 7 to the Technical Plan for Road Winter Maintenance (Techniczny Plan ZUD 2026/2027).
