Winter maintenance: DW 147 (Strzmiele – Łobez); DW 148 (Starogard – Zagozd); DW 151 (vicinity of RDW – Łobez – Węgorzyno); sidewalks (Łobez, Węgorzyno). The part covers winter maintenance of voivodeship roads in terms of removing slipperiness; snow clearance; maintaining sidewalks, operating a grader, a skid-steer loader and a lorry.
