TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is winter maintenance of provincial, county and municipal roads within the city of Piła in the winter season 2026/2027, consisting of mechanical and manual snow removal, as well as elimination of slipperiness within the carriageways, parking bays, parking lots, and bus bays. The contract also includes transport of contaminants, snow, and ice to a waste disposal site or another place indicated by the Contracting Authority. 2. It is anticipated to award the current Contractor similar service orders under Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law, including: 1) three additional mechanical and manual snow removals of carriageways, parking bays, parking lots, and bus bays with simultaneous salting, 2) three additional saltings of carriageways, parking bays, parking lots, and bus bays with salt.
