TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is comprehensive provision of services in the scope of winter maintenance and summer cleaning of streets, pavements, parking areas and facilities under the administration of the Municipal Roads and Bridges Authority (MZD) in Częstochowa in order to ensure safety and maintain the appropriate state of cleanliness and order in the city. Description of services included in the subject matter of the contract: Winter maintenance of the City of Częstochowa 2026-2029: - winter maintenance of carriageways, including carriageways that run through engineering facilities, - winter maintenance of MPK bus loops within the scope of carriageways, - installation and dismantling of anti-snow fences owned by the Contractor, - removal/export of snow to an average distance of 8 km from the point of collection, - maintaining readiness in an hourly system, excluding periods during which winter maintenance is carried out, - winter maintenance of sidewalks/pavements, - winter maintenance of parking areas, - winter maintenance of footbridges, - winter maintenance of vehicle weighing stations, - winter maintenance of sidewalks/pavements and stairs on viaducts and bridges, -…
