TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the provision of winter service in the territory of the Municipality of Kanal ob Soči in the seasons 2026/2027, 2027/2028, 2028/2029 and 2029/2030 in accordance with the list of roads and the instructions of the contracting authority. The contracting authority reserves the right, depending on the available financial resources, to change the scope of work. The winter season for which the operating regime of this contract is set lasts in the season 2026/2027 from 20.11.2026 to 15. 3. 2027, and in the other seasons from 15. 11. to 15. 3., in accordance with the Regulation on the regular maintenance of public roads (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 38/16 and 132/22 – ZCes-2), or, if necessary, earlier or later, depending on weather conditions. A more detailed specification of the contract is shown in the technical specifications.
