TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the performance of winter service in the area of the Municipality of Kanal ob Soči in the seasons 2026/2027, 2027/2028, 2028/2029 and 2029/2030 in accordance with the list of roads and the instructions of the contracting authority. The contracting authority reserves the right, depending on the available financial resources, to change the scope of works. The winter season for which the regime of the performance of winter service is governed by this contract, in the 2026/2027 season lasts from 20.11.2026 to 15. 3. 2027, and in the other seasons from 15. 11. to 15. 3., in accordance with the Rules on Regular Maintenance of Public Roads (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 38/16 and 132/22 – ZCes-2), and, as needed, also earlier or later, depending on weather conditions.
