TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the provision of winter service in the area of the Municipality of Kanal ob Soči in the seasons 2026/2027, 2027/2028, 2028/2029 and 2029/2030, in accordance with the list of roads and the contracting authority’s instructions. The contracting authority reserves the right to change the scope of work depending on the available financial resources. The winter season for which the operating regime of this contract is set out runs in the season 2026/2027 from 20.11.2026 to 15. 3. 2027, and in the other seasons from 15. 11. to 15. 3., in accordance with the Rules on the regular maintenance of public roads (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No 38/16 and 132/22 – ZCes-2), or, if necessary, earlier or later, depending on weather conditions. More detailed specifications of the contract are set out in the technical specifications.
