TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the supply of an Integrated security system for the PSP IT infrastructure by providing access licenses for 22,000 devices for the full 60 months to an integrated SOC (Security Operations Center) type system operating in a SaaS model (software as a service), enabling comprehensive detection, analysis and handling of security incidents in the PSP IT infrastructure of the Contracting Authority. The contract also includes service, quality assurance of provision, Manufacturer Support, online training, and the Contractor’s post-implementation support Package. The contract does not include the independent performance by the Contractor of the entire implementation of the System; however, the post-implementation support Package includes expert support and remote assistance in the scope of System configuration, deployment and migration.
