TENDER DESCRIPTION

“Integrated transport system in the POF area - Gmina Łapsze Niżne” - installation of e-paper timetable displays 1. The subject of the Contract is the supply and installation, at stops of the public transport communication network indicated by the Contracting Authority within the area of Gmina Łapsze Niżne, of 9 units of e-paper timetable displays. 2. Under the present Contract, the Contractor is obliged to: - prepare the subject of the Contract in accordance with the OPZ, the agreement and the applicable provisions of law; - deliver the Contract to the locations indicated and carry out the installation together with the necessary accompanying works; - install the display boards on 9 units of shelter at stop points in the centres of the localities; - coordinate the installation of the displays with the progress of the Contractor’s construction works connected with the installation of stop shelters—on seven new stop shelters and on two existing stop shelters; - mark/sign each of the 9 e-paper display units in accordance with the guidelines of promotion and information applicable under the European Funds for Małopolska 2021-2027 Programme.
